Mr. Dunne was first admitted to the New Jersey State Bar in 1972. He has now spent more than half a century serving clients in Hudson County. Throughout his career, Mr. Dunne has successfully taken care of thousands of commercial and residential real estate matters throughout the entirety of New Jersey. He has also earned renown for his work in family law.
After opening his first law practice, Mr. Dunne was named to the prestigious Outstanding Young Man of America list for five consecutive years. He went on to earn many other honors for his legal work. These include being selected to the Who's Who in American Law a dozen times and being awarded 20 Superior Court of New Jersey Hudson County Certifications of Appreciation for his participation in the Early Settlement Program for Matrimonial Matters in Hudson County.

He went on to earn his bachelor’s degree from Niagara University in Lewiston, New York.
